Consultation services: Vedic Astrology, Nadi Astrology, Tarot Reading, Kundli Matching, Horoscope Analysis, Vastu Consultation, Pranic & Brahm Healing, Name Correction, Baby Name Suggestion, and Business Name Suggestion.

Free online tools: Free Kundli / Birth Chart generator, Kundli Matching tool, and Daily Horoscope predictions for all 12 zodiac signs.

Shop: Lab-certified gemstones and spiritual products available for purchase and delivery across India and internationally.

All consultations are provided by or under the direct supervision of Astrologer RaajeevG, who has over 25 years of experience in Vedic astrology and spiritual healing sciences.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book a consultation, purchase products, or submit personal data through this website. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

For services that involve a third party (such as Kundli Matching, Baby Name Suggestion, or a consultation booked on someone else's behalf), you confirm that you have the consent of that person to provide their personal and birth details to us.

Astrology, Tarot Reading, Nadi readings, Vastu guidance, and healing services are advisory and spiritual in nature. They are intended to provide guidance, perspective, and insight based on ancient Vedic traditions and the practitioner's experience.

Our readings and reports should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Any decisions made based on a consultation are made entirely at your own discretion and risk. Astrologer RaajeevG does not accept liability for actions taken or not taken based on the guidance provided.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome or result from any service, remedy, or gemstone recommendation. The accuracy of readings depends significantly on the accuracy of birth details provided by you.

The quality and accuracy of your Kundli, horoscope reading, Kundli Matching report, and any other birth-chart-based analysis depends entirely on the accuracy of the date, time, and place of birth you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring this information is correct.

If inaccurate birth details are provided, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or discrepancies in the generated report or reading. If you discover an error in the birth details you submitted, please contact us immediately at info@astrologerraajeev.com and we will do our best to revise the reading, subject to our correction policy.

Consultations can be booked through our website's appointment form, via WhatsApp (+91 98112 94025), or by calling us directly. A booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.

Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a credit or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund of any prepaid consultation fee.

Delivery of reports: Consultation reports are delivered within the timeframe indicated at the time of booking — typically 24–72 hours for standard consultations and up to 7 days for comprehensive life reports. Timelines may vary during high demand periods or public holidays.

All prices for consultations and shop products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

For international clients, payments may be subject to currency conversion rates applied by your bank or payment provider. Any additional charges levied by your bank are your responsibility.

In the event of a payment failure, please do not attempt multiple transactions without first contacting us to avoid duplicate charges. If a duplicate charge occurs, we will process a full refund for the duplicate amount within 7–10 business days.

Consultation services: Due to the personalised and time-intensive nature of astrology consultations, Kundli reports, Tarot readings, and healing sessions, fees paid for completed or in-progress services are generally non-refundable. If you feel your report was significantly inaccurate due to an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it and we will review the case on its merits.

Shop products (gemstones & spiritual items): We accept returns or exchanges for products that are damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly, provided you notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customised or energised products (e.g., gemstones prepared specifically for you) are not eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Our free Kundli generator, Kundli Matching tool, and Daily Horoscope are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They are generated algorithmically and are not a substitute for a personalised consultation with Astrologer RaajeevG.

Birth details entered into the free tools are used solely to generate your chart or compatibility report and are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free tool at any time without prior notice.

All gemstones sold through our shop are lab-certified and natural unless explicitly described otherwise. Certificates of authenticity are provided where applicable.

Gemstone recommendations made during a consultation are based on your Kundli and planetary positions. While we recommend gemstones in good faith based on Vedic astrological tradition, we make no guarantee regarding specific outcomes or results from wearing a gemstone. Results vary from individual to individual.

We are not responsible for any adverse physical, emotional, or spiritual effects that a user may attribute to a gemstone or spiritual product. If you have any medical conditions, please consult a qualified medical professional before using any such products.

All content on this website — including text, Kundli reports, horoscope content, images, logos, videos on our YouTube channel (@astrologerraajeevg), and the overall website design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Astrologer RaajeevG and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission. Personalised reports and Kundli charts generated for you are for your personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

When using our website and services, you agree not to:

Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading birth details or personal information. Use our free tools or content for commercial purposes without our written consent. Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harvest data from our website. Harass, threaten, or disrespect our team members in any communication. Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian or international law.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or restrict access to our website for any user who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem inappropriate, without prior notice and without liability.

Our website contains links to third-party platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Razorpay (payment gateway), and the Vashatkara Foundation. These are provided for your convenience and we have no control over their content, availability, or privacy practices.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or dissatisfaction arising from your use of any third-party website or service linked from our platform. We encourage you to review their respective terms and privacy policies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Astrologer RaajeevG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to: decisions made based on astrological guidance, outcomes expected from gemstones or healing sessions, or technical interruptions to the website or free tools.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or a notice on the website at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

Continued use of our website or services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, please discontinue using our services.
